“Every girl deserves to take part in creating the technology that will change our world, and change who runs it.” – Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Peace Prize Winner

“If you want to create and be a visionary, you’re probably going to be working with technology in some way. The value in learning computer science is pretty evident with how important tech is in our world.” – Steph Curry, three-time NBA Champion.

Computers and technology are used by every sector and in all careers. Computer science is more than just technical knowledge, it is about learning to problem solve, being organisational and technical in your solutions. Without computers and computer science, every sector and organisation would not be functional or operational in the modern world. It is important to learn, alter and embed the knowledge and understanding behind computers and their impact on society, economy, and progression to ensure future innovations and developments.
